   Jeff McCreary, MRP has personally experienced the effects of what reflexology can do. After ten years of muscular back pain, numerous medical appointments and dozens of physical therapy sessions, Jeff finally heard about reflexology from a friend. Almost as a last resort, he made his first appointment with a local reflexologist. Just a short time after the appointment, he finally felt some relief from the back pain for the first time in years. Two months after his first appointment, the pain was gone. After 15 years, his back feels great.

  

   Jeff believes that “Being able to perform reflexology from a patient’s perspective, is integral to becoming a successful reflexologist.” Jeff McCreary, MRP (Medical Reflexology Practitioner) is the founder and president of of Central Penn Reflexology. He received his diploma from the International Academy of Medical Reflexology.

  

He is currently studying for his Mazaneres Method™ proficiency, Facial Reflexology Certification, Aromahead's Aromatherapy Certfication and National Reflexology Certification.

Course training includes instruction in the Manzanares Press and Slide Technique™, Manzanares research principles, reflexology protocols and foot reflexology mapping.
